Portable lightweight USV for hydrographic and oceanographic surveys
The Carbon-14 is a very light USV – Unmanned Surface Vessel – made of Carbon/Kevlar. It has a 24 cm moon pool that allows to collocate several tools, making the drone a multi-role and multi-payload USV, for examples it can host high-end multibeam, ADCP for river flow measurements or single beam echosounders. The USV is equipped with an on-board industrial pc for data acquisition and remote operation.
